Returns Policy V2018
The returns policy below refers to general sales. For online sales returns procedures, please refer to our online sales terms and conditions available at https://apreco.com/buy-online/online-sales-terms-and-conditions/
As per Condition 8.5 Apreco Limited General Terms and Conditions v2015, No Goods may be returned to the Seller without prior agreement in writing from the Seller.
In the event of defective returns/missing items
As per Condition 6.4 Apreco Limited General Terms and Conditions v2015 and Incoterms: 2010 FCA (Bishops Frome, WR6 5AY)) The Buyer shall be responsible for arranging inspection of the Goods at the Seller’s premises if required before shipment. The Seller shall have no liability for any claim in respect of any defect in the goods which would have been apparent on inspection and/or which is detected and/or made after shipment, or in respect of any damage occasioned during transit.
Any Goods identified as having defects that would not have been apparent on inspection, are to be reported to the Seller in writing within 14 days of receipt of the Goods.
Subject thereto any Goods returned which the Seller is satisfied were supplied subject to defects of quality or condition which would not be apparent on inspection may be replaced free of charge or, at the Sellers discretion, the Seller may credit to the Buyer the price of the defective goods but the Seller shall not have any further liability to the Buyer.
In the event of non-defective returns
In the event where the Seller agrees in writing to the return of non-damaged, re-saleable Goods, the Goods are to be suitably packaged and returned to the Seller in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the acceptance.
The Buyer is liable for all return delivery costs, proof of delivery and insurance.
Only once the Seller receives the returned Goods and the Goods have passed inspection, will the credit be processed.
Goods will be credited to the Buyers account, no cash refunds will be given.
A restocking fee of 25% of the item value will be charged for merchandise in a re-saleable condition.
All returns are at the discretion of Apreco Ltd.
Bespoke Items/Replacement Components/Discontinued Stock Items
Non faulty Goods made to the Buyers specification are not returnable.
Replacement components are not returnable,
Any stock items that have been discontinued by Apreco Ltd are not returnable.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery in any situation.
As per Condition 8.3 Apreco General Terms and Conditions v2015 The Seller shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or any wilful damage, negligence, subjection to abnormal conditions, failure to follow the Sellers instructions (whether verbal or in writing), misuse or alteration of the Goods without the Sellers approval, or any other act or omission on the part of the Buyer, its employees or agents or any third party.
